- Support the Sr. Account Manager and sales team with “all hands-on deck” mentality to implement initiatives that drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Populate timely weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal sales and shipping reports and analysis tools to track and communicate business performance.
- Manage account documentation and items setups efficiently and accurately. Provides external account partners with information on pricing and product availability.
- Collaborate with sales team to manage credit memos, funding forms and financial claims.
- Support your team’s go-to-market activities including pre-strategy, sell in and hindsight meetings.
- End-to-End PO Management including pre-season order entry, planned unit maintenance, and ensure all account-specific product needs (including sizing tools) are met to achieve on-time, accurate deliveries and seamless order flow with minimized chargebacks. Strategically resolve order challenges in collaboration with customers and company counterparts to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Own Sample and Marketing asset processes including in-season and pre-season sample lines ordering, unpacking, logging, tagging and internal/external distribution and new signage ordering.
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, supporting cross-functional initiatives and account-specific needs.
- Become a sponge of the retail and fashion industry, the competition, and our product floor maps and site auditing.
- When applicable, attend key market appointments, sales meetings, and other industry events to support and build relationships.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, or 4+ years of combined college education and work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a retail/wholesale apparel business or similar consumer packaged goods industry, with a focus on sales, merchandising, or retail support functions.
- Results-Driven: Self-starter who takes ownership of performance outcomes and is motivated by achieving results.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Enjoys digging into data and analyzing trends to identify key insights and opportunities with an eye on the details, ensuring deliverables are thorough and on time.
