What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and complete incoming supply order requests, including adjustments and confirmations
- Handle client inquiries and requests via phone and email in a timely and friendly manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to order processing and client interactions
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve order issues and expedite workflow
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and safety regulations while maintaining a clean work area

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of sales or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
