What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a business plan for the assigned territory in Alabama and Tennessee
- Act as a consultative market presence for current and prospective customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Provide timely and accurate revenue forecasts and maintain updates in Salesforce
- Engage in regular overnight travel within the assigned territory

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience selling value-based products and/or services
- Proven success in cold calling and building rapport with potential clients
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new customers and manage client relationships
- Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred
- Active involvement in an evangelical Christian church
