      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s overall business direction and operating strategies
      - Identify new projects through research, networking, and relationship building with current clients
      - Work directly with clients to determine appropriate product solutions for their applications
      - Consistently update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database with relevant customer and project information
      - Provide weekly sales and market updates for regional and territory leaders, including competitive activity and progress toward KPIs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales-related experience
      - Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
      - Proven track record in meeting financial and other sales objectives
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the flooring or construction industry
      - Familiarity with market pricing strategies and purchasing agreements
      - Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools
