What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships with blockchain founders and core teams using Web3-native channels.
- Represent the employer at global crypto conferences to demo solutions and develop partnerships.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and sales engineers to create tailored technical solutions.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify partners' ecosystem challenges and growth objectives.
- Structure and close complex sales deals while navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a proven record of selling technical products.
- Deep understanding of the crypto landscape, including DeFi, Layer 1/2 architectures, and emerging trends.
- Experience in consultative sales processes involving technical decision-makers.
- Strong track record of working with Sales Engineers and Subject Matter Experts to develop complex solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
