What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive strategic business expansion with major U.S. cancer centers and clinics
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for the assigned territory
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve company goals and objectives
- Promote compliance with new molecular information tools for clients
- Analyze competitive landscape and provide feedback to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting
- 3-5 years of experience working with major cancer centers and clinics
- Proven revenue generation experience in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology
- Strong understanding of payor and reimbursement environment in oncology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing preferred
- Experience in consultative selling processes
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office products
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders
