- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve and surpass revenue goals by selling computing and technology solutions to OEM medical device manufacturers.
- Utilize their extensive network of established contacts among medical device manufacturers, especially those in the medical imaging, lab diagnostics, surgery, and treatment markets, to generate and nurture leads.
- Engage with decision-makers, R&D teams, engineering, product and procurement managers to effectively present and advocate for the adoption of our technology solutions.
- Identify client-specific needs and demonstrate how our products, including AI-driven solutions, can improve outcomes and support innovation.
- Leverage your deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity to position our technology as the preferred choice for OEM medical device manufacturers.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, engineering, and marketing to ensure that client needs are addressed and solutions are tailored effectively.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen brand presence and uncover new business opportunities.
- Deliver impactful presentations and proposals tailored to the unique needs of clients in the medical device industry.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting to inform business strategy and track progress.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to strengthen client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technology sales, with a focus on selling to OEM medical device manufacturers.
- Established, proven network of contacts within medical device manufacturing companies, specifically in the medical imaging, lab diagnostics, surgery, and treatment sectors.
- Experience in selling AI applications or technology solutions that integrate AI to optimize medical device functionality and client workflows.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders, from senior executives to technical teams.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and convey them in a clear and persuasive manner to clients.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to sales and a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Highly motivated, driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools; experience with sales analytics tools is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
