What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-quality service to customers and manage relationships with clients
- Sell new lines of coverage and cross-sell within the existing book of business
- Address coverage issues, perform contract and exposure analysis, and handle endorsement activity
- Ensure timely communication with clients and respond to inquiries within a 24-hour timeline
- Monitor client satisfaction and report findings to the Producer of the account

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Current California Department of Insurance License
- 3-7 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain effective client relationships

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in designing insurance plans and providing out-of-the-box solutions
- Ability to conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to maintain relationships
- Familiarity with stewardship programs and client education on coverage options
