What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute sales strategies targeting large pharmaceutical companies to meet revenue targets
- Demonstrate and sell the employer's Real-World Data value proposition for Drug Discovery & Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry
- Conduct business development research to identify potential opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to close, including contract negotiations and customer onboarding
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a Life Sciences-related field
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B technology sales, focusing on data solutions in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven ability to manage a complex sales cycle, close deals, and achieve quotas
- Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in the pharmaceutical industry, including HIPAA, FDA, and GCP regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in genomics, molecular biology, drug discovery, or population genomics
- Background as a scientist with a business-driven mindset
