What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert advisory and consultative services across various health and welfare plans
- Assist with business development for self-funded opportunities
- Conduct quarterly analysis for existing large clients and deliver consultative reporting
- Act as a vendor liaison for clients, addressing service, billing, and eligibility issues
- Maintain outstanding checklists and renewal timelines for assigned clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of Client Management experience in Employee Benefits
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Must possess a Resident state Life and Health Department of Insurance License
- Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in advanced MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in self-funded, core benefits, voluntary benefits, and ancillary benefits
- Familiarity with enrollment/eligibility systems options for clients
