What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities within the existing customer base and understand their evolving needs
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by introducing additional products or services
- Manage sales pipeline and prepare proposals for prospects and customers
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets
- Ensure effective communication and knowledge transfer across internal teams and with external partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly with Enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of meeting quota and retention targets
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Negotiation skills related to renewals and upselling
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- University Degree or College Diploma in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior sales experience in the software industry, especially within the CPM/EPM sector
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Working knowledge of Accounting, Finance, and Corporate Performance Management
- Experience working in the Public Sector, particularly with the Federal Government
