What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote and drive sales of liquid biopsy products to healthcare practices and cancer centers
- Develop and implement strategic plans for acquiring and retaining clients
- Collaborate with sales leadership and coordinate with various sales roles to achieve company goals
- Analyze competitive landscape and provide feedback to leadership based on customer needs
- Monitor sales performance and manage territory effectively, including budget and goal setting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting
- 3-5 years of experience with major cancer centers, oncology GPOs, and large health systems
- Proven track record of measurable revenue generation in diagnostics or biotechnology
- Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics and the oncology market
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience engaging with executive-level clients (CEO, COO, CFO)
- Familiarity with the payor and reimbursement environment in oncology
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong strategic sales account planning capabilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
