      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver an annual sales quota of $500K in new net annual recurring revenue (NNARR)
      - Manage an individual pipeline of prospects from lead generation to conversion into paying customers
      - Host introductory and discovery calls with potential clients
      - Conduct systematic research to identify new business opportunities and key players in the industry
      - Maintain accurate customer records, activity logs, KPIs, and pipeline reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - General working knowledge of banking (Trade Finance and Ship Finance), commodity trade, oil & gas trade, and maritime trade industries
      - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Proven networking and negotiation skills
      - Ability to confidently engage with C-Level and senior management contacts
      - Self-motivated with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Existing senior management contacts in banking, oil & gas, and commodity trading sectors
      - Demonstrated desire and ability to exceed sales targets and generate additional leads
