      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities with major cancer centers and clinics
      - Structure detailed strategic plans for gaining and retaining new and existing clients
      - Maximize client-bill contracting opportunities and implement laboratory services agreements
      - Collaborate with various sales positions to ensure successful attainment of company goals
      - Continually analyze the competitive landscape and provide customer feedback to leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting
      - 3-5 years of experience working with major cancer centers, oncology GPOs, and large health systems
      - Ability to engage in a consultative selling process and communicate effectively at the executive level
      - Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics for oncology and the competitive landscape
      - Excellent negotiation, customer service, and strategic sales account planning skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing preferred
      - Demonstrated measurable revenue generation at a diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or relevant biotechnology company
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
      - Effective and regular utilization of Salesforce.com
