      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities with major cancer centers and clinics
      - Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for the assigned territory
      - Maximize client-bill contracting opportunities and implement laboratory services agreements
      - Collaborate with sales leadership and coordinate with other sales positions to achieve company goals
      - Continuously analyze the competitive landscape and customer feedback to inform strategy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting
      - 3-5 years of experience working with major cancer centers, oncology GPOs, and large health systems
      - Proven track record of measurable revenue generation in a diagnostic or biotechnology company
      - Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics for oncology and the competitive landscape
      - Excellent negotiation, customer service, and strategic sales account planning skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing
      - Experience engaging with executive-level clients (CEO, COO, CFO)
      - Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
      - Demonstrated ability to close sales throughout the sales cycle
