What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a sales territory and grow business in existing accounts
- Sell genetic diagnostic testing services to new customers
- Introduce new testing products and develop demand for new assays
- Negotiate and manage contracts while achieving sales goals
- Develop and deliver presentations, host trade shows, and manage customer data

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of industry experience selling laboratory services or medical devices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM applications
- Strong track record of sales success in laboratory testing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to sell technically complex products
- Valid driver's license and strong time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
- Experience with customer base within the designated territory
