      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities with major cancer centers and clinics
      - Structure detailed strategic plans for gaining and retaining new and existing clients
      - Maximize client-bill contracting opportunities and implement laboratory services agreements
      - Monitor sales performance to ensure objectives are met and develop a comprehensive business plan for the territory
      - Collaborate and coordinate with sales leadership and other departments to achieve company goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting
      - 3-5 years of experience working with major cancer centers, oncology GPOs, and large health systems
      - Demonstrated measurable revenue generation in a diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or relevant biotechnology company
      - Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics for oncology and the competitive landscape
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing
      - Ability to engage in a consultative selling process and communicate with executive-level stakeholders
      - Experience with Salesforce.com and effective utilization of cross-functional relationships
      - Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
      - Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
