      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive the sales process from start to finish, ensuring quotas are met or exceeded
      - Develop and execute business development and marketing plans for assigned territories
      - Actively seek new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling and networking
      - Build and maintain executive-level relationships with K-12 school districts
      - Manage CRM to track sales pipeline and activities consistently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 6 years of demonstrated experience selling solutions to K-12 or related entities
      - Knowledge of facilities, energy, and utilities sales
      - Strong understanding of financial statements and operating budgets
      - Exceptional writing skills for proposal development, including RFPs and RFQs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Sales experience with facility operations and systems
      - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint for presentations
      - Experience with proactive prospecting at the financial decision-making level
      - Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight trips to client sites
