What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the employer's business direction, mission, and operating strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively prospecting for new accounts
- Identify and propose appropriate product solutions to meet client needs, collaborating with sales teams
- Update and manage the CRM database with relevant customer and project information
- Provide regular sales and market updates to regional and territory leaders, ensuring alignment with financial objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 3 years of sales-related experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills to manage quality issues and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
