      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities with major U.S. cancer centers and clinics
      - Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for the territory, including budgets and goal setting
      - Maximize client-bill contracting opportunities and implement laboratory services agreements
      - Collaborate with sales leadership and coordinate with all sales positions to achieve company goals
      - Analyze competitive landscape and monitor sales performance to ensure objectives are met

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting
      - 3-5 years of experience working with major cancer centers, oncology GPOs, and large health systems
      - Demonstrated measurable revenue generation experience in diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology settings
      - Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics and the oncology reimbursement environment
      - Excellent negotiation, customer service, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience engaging in a consultative selling process to connect client needs with capabilities
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
      - Ability to communicate and present effectively at the executive level
      - Strong administrative skills to manage business in complex environments
      - Knowledge of oncology, hematology, chemotherapeutics, and targeted agents
