- Host discovery calls and meetings to understand property owners' needs and goals
- Deliver tailored value propositions that highlight the benefits of the PadSplit model
- Close deals and guide property owners through the onboarding process as PadSplit Hosts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, particularly in real estate or property management sectors
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with property owners
- High level of self-discipline and motivation to thrive in a remote environment
- Familiarity with real estate markets and property management practices
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and virtual communication platforms
