      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities with major cancer centers and clinics
      - Structure detailed strategic plans for gaining and retaining new and existing clients
      - Collaborate with sales leadership to implement laboratory services agreements with key institutions
      - Analyze competitive landscape and provide customer feedback to leadership
      - Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for the assigned territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting
      - 3-5 years of experience working with major cancer centers, oncology GPOs, and large health systems
      - Proven revenue generation experience in a diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company
      - Strong understanding of the payor and reimbursement environment in oncology
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing
      - Experience in consultative selling processes and engaging at the executive level
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com and strategic sales account planning
      - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
      - Knowledge of molecular diagnostics for oncology and related therapeutic agents
