What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a detailed sales plan to achieve predetermined goals and quotas
- Sign up car dealerships for the software platform, primarily through in-person sales with up to 75% travel
- Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying clients to closing deals
- Build long-term partnerships through networking and relationship management
- Provide after-sales support in collaboration with Customer Success to enhance customer retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven software sales experience with franchise auto dealerships
- Prior experience in an automotive dealership is preferred
- Demonstrated success as an Account Executive or in a similar sales/business development role
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Hubspot CRM or Salesforce
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A determined, competitive, enthusiastic, and gritty attitude
- College degree preferred but not required
- Must reside within 30 miles of the Chicagoland area
