What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Call on current and prospective acute care customers in assigned territory, including hospitals and IDNs
- Partner with clinical consultants and product management to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers
- Sell the full line of medical devices and systems, engaging with various departments including C-suite and clinical informatics
- Execute the full sales cycle, including opportunity prioritization, forecasting, and customer presentations
- Develop data-driven solutions that enhance hospital efficiency and patient outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in medical devices
- Experience in selling medical equipment with connectivity is desirable
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proven problem-solving and presentation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience specifically in medical device sales
- Familiarity with consultative selling techniques
- Experience in utilizing data analytics for sales strategies
- Background in healthcare environments or knowledge of hospital operations
- Established relationships within the healthcare industry
