What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and qualify potential property owners interested in becoming PadSplit Hosts
- Execute outreach strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and networking, to connect with traditional property owners
- Host discovery calls and meetings to understand property owners' needs and goals
- Deliver tailored value propositions highlighting the benefits of PadSplit’s model
- Guide property owners through the decision-making process and finalize agreements for onboarding

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, particularly in real estate or property management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building
- High level of self-discipline and motivation to excel in a remote environment
- Familiarity with real estate investing, rental markets, and property management
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and Hubspot

- Experience in the startup environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data and calculating ROI
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and onboarding
