What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate strong relationships with strategic referrers to maintain and increase order and scan volume
- Analyze physician referral patterns and develop customer-level marketing plans
- Prospect and target new referrers based on market trends and conditions
- Collaborate with territory leadership to establish customer and territory plans
- Identify risks to the referral base and implement targeted community outreach programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of the sales and physician space, including the reimbursement landscape
- Proven ability to execute a territory development plan successfully
- Track record of success in a competitive selling environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of physician sales and marketing experience in a healthcare environment
- Prior experience in Imaging and/or Oncology
