Who are we hiring? This role will proactively pursue new business for Sphere targeting the Las Vegas, Southern California, and Phoenix area corporations and high net worth individuals primarily focused on all suite licenses, single event suite rentals, and premium hospitality products. These products include but are not limited to the following: Full Share Licenses, Half Share Licenses, Single Event Suite Rentals, Suites for Sphere Experiences, Premium Table offerings. The ideal candidate has a experience of bringing on new business, hitting sales targets and overcoming the challenges that arise with outbound prospecting in a challenging sales market. The Account Executive will work with the other Premium Team members to service the clients on the suite levels and continuously foster their relationship with Sphere. What will you do? • Maximize new business revenue generation for Sphere s through year-round efforts to sell new full share licenses, half share licenses, single event suites and premium hospitality offerings for all Sphere events. • Responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting clients, closing the and continued service for upsell opportunities. • Execute new business campaigns through multi-channel outreach, consultative sales meetings, presentations and diligent follow through. • Negotiate agreements while maintaining accurate and clean data in MSG’s Salesforce and Ticketing Systems. • Assist with the Managers and Sr Managers in their sales processes and other areas client requests. • Foster positive, cooperative internal relationships with departmental co-workers as well as key inter-departmental contacts. • Work with Premium Hospitality Team as well as other departments nightly to assist the operations, servicing of the suite clients, and exceed their hospitality expectations. • Any additional responsibilities assigned by management. What do you need to succeed? • 4 + years’ experience in sales, preferably in sports or entertainment field. • BSc or BA in Business Administration, Sales, Sports or Marketing • Knowledge of Salesforce, Archtics Ticketing Database and Microsoft Office • Excellent communication/presentation skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with VP/Director Level Executives • Passionate and enthusiastic with excellent organizational and time-management skills • Proven ability to identify and engage business prospects across various industries including potential new corporate and personal clients • Proven track record of sales excellence and adaptability as an Account Executive in another Sales role Why is MSG for me?
