What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets as outlined in the commission plan
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to enhance the company's presence in the school market
- Document all prospect and customer activities in Salesforce and participate in pipeline reviews
- Negotiate and manage proposals to ensure profitable and scalable sales activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts throughout the sales process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in Sales Management Software; Salesforce experience preferred
- Experience selling into NYC Public Schools (FAMIS experience required)
- Must reside in New York City and be willing to travel 50% of the time

- Experience in educational technology sales
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to effectively engage with various customer levels
- Familiarity with My Math Academy and My Reading Academy products
