      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities with major U.S. cancer centers and clinics
      - Structure detailed strategic plans for gaining and retaining new and existing clients
      - Maximize client-bill contracting opportunities and implement laboratory services agreements
      - Collaborate with various sales positions to ensure the successful attainment of company goals
      - Analyze the competitive landscape within assigned accounts to provide customer feedback to leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting
      - 3-5 years of experience working with major cancer centers, oncology GPOs, and large health systems
      - Proven revenue generation experience at a diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or relevant biotechnology company
      - Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics for oncology and the competitive landscape
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing
      - Experience engaging in a consultative selling process and overcoming objections
      - Ability to communicate and present at the executive level (CEO, COO, CFO)
      - Familiarity with the payer and reimbursement environment in oncology diagnostics
      - Demonstrated strategic sales account planning skills
