What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a business plan for the assigned territory
- Serve as a consultative market presence for current and prospective customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals through cold calling, networking, and closing sales opportunities
- Build key customer relationships and drive adoption of employer products
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and keep Salesforce updated

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience selling value-based products and/or services
- Availability to travel within the assigned territory 2-3 days per week, including overnight trips
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and managing client relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong preference for experience with Salesforce
- Active involvement in an evangelical Christian church
