      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and develop a large set of assigned dealer accounts to increase productivity and sales of products
      - Develop relationships with key individuals within the account base and resolve obstacles to dealer success
      - Initiate and execute on-site dealer product training activities in collaboration with the Training Engineer
      - Provide mentorship and leadership to junior sales staff and coordinate with inside sales for territory success
      - Attend industry association meetings and trade shows as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in outside sales
      - Must be located in Phoenix, Salt Lake City, or Denver
      - Proven history of client and account management, business development, and/or client training
      - Ability to meet heavy travel demands, approximately 60%
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client presentation and training delivery experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the security industry is a plus
      - Strong technical and computer skills with an aptitude for technology
      - Demonstrated ability to sell concepts and value-added services
      - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
