      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet and exceed revenue targets and performance metrics consistently
      - Identify and manage leads through strategic prospecting efforts
      - Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new accounts
      - Execute outreach efforts including cold calling and personalized email campaigns
      - Deliver compelling product demonstrations that address customer pain points

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-5 years of experience in B2B technical sales or a quota-carrying role, with eCommerce or logistics experience as a strong bonus
      - Proven success in acquiring net-new accounts, focusing on self-sourced leads
      - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to articulate product value effectively
      - Proactive “hunter” mentality with experience generating leads; SDR experience preferred
      - Proficiency in tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and Salesloft
