      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive strategic business expansion opportunities with major U.S. cancer centers and clinics
      - Structure detailed strategic plans for gaining and retaining new and existing clients
      - Collaborate with sales leadership to implement laboratory services agreements
      - Continually analyze competitive landscape and provide feedback to leadership
      - Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for the territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting
      - 3-5 years of experience working with major cancer centers and clinics
      - Proven revenue generation experience at a diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company
      - Strong understanding of the payor and reimbursement environment in oncology
      - Excellent negotiation, customer service, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing
      - Familiarity with next-generation sequencing technology
      - Experience engaging in a consultative selling process
      - Ability to present and sell at the executive level (CEO, COO, CFO)
      - Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce.com for sales management
