      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and grow sales within the designated territory of West Virginia and part of Eastern Kentucky
      - Promote and sell genetic diagnostic testing services to new customers and existing accounts
      - Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance
      - Develop and implement customer-specific action plans to drive product adoption
      - Achieve sales goals and manage customer data within the company database

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in laboratory services sales to clinicians and hospitals or medical device sales
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
      - Experience using CRM applications such as Salesforce or Microsoft CRM
      - Proven track record of sales success in a broad portfolio of laboratory testing
      - Strong communication skills and ability to manage time and territory effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
      - Experience with the customer base within the designated territory
      - Formal sales training experience such as SPIN Selling or PSS
