What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all employer products and internal processes
- Collaborate with various business functions to meet customer needs
- Monitor internal performance and maintain accurate client records
- Analyze data trends in partnership with the analytic team to make benefit recommendations
- Organize and execute open enrollment strategies and client meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, human resources, or the healthcare industry
- Experience in onboarding new clients and providing account-based service
- Comfortable communicating with HR Directors and Executives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven collaboration skills

- Familiarity with regulatory changes and their impacts on clients
- Experience in a client-facing role with a focus on service excellence
- Ability to research and resolve client issues effectively
