Job Description

- Prepare proposals across all product sets including feasibility and pricing. Deliver quotes to clients
- Support Account Directors and country manager in all admin aspects of sales and marketing
- Develop knowledge of online research and fieldwork techniques
- Manage small client projects
- Identify and implement new or improved internal procedures and processes
- Liaise closely with the Operations department to assist with the effective delivery of projects
- Undertake administrative tasks
- Ensure sales & financial reporting and analysis are both accurate and up-to-date
- Database management via the CRM system
- Provide assistance to interstate sales teams on an ad-hoc basis
- Industry experience is advantageous but not essential
- Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new technology.
- Some experience in a business or professional environment may include internships
- An understanding of market research communications or experience in the market research
- Strong numeric ability
- Ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
- Highly developed Japanese and English language skills – written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail
- High level of professionalism and business acumen, including numeracy

Position Summary

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Japan Sales Team. As an Account Manager you will be supporting the Sales team in developing proposals, tenders and quotations, working closely with clients to develop effective online market research solutions.
The account manager is responsible for providing pricing, feasibility, and consolation to clients regarding Dynata products and services. This role is essential in developing, maintaining and expanding client relationships in order to increase revenue. This position also will assist the Sales team in the development of proposals, tenders & quotations and work with clients to develop effective online market research solutions.
