- Manage the solutions purchased from Arrow, ensuring their growth and identifying strengths and areas for improvement to anticipate potential issues
- Analyze solutions and present them to clients.
- Propose new solutions that the client, presenting new business opportunities in both solutions and services.
- Manage proposals and orders.
- Negotiate and coordinate collaboration agreements.
- Assist in resolving problems and incidents by providing prompt support.
- Facilitate the exchange of relevant information with related Business Units (BUs), collaborating to achieve common goals and strategies.
- You have strong selling skills and ability to influence customers
