What is Required (Qualifications):

- Active property and casualty insurance license
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or a client-facing role
- Proficiency in data gathering, analysis, and reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet customer needs with urgency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
