Daily communication with point of contact with each account
Maintains and develops relationships with clients
Input load entries that clearly outline customer requirements
Communicate and resolve escalations with clients and internal Operation’s teams
Partner with Leadership, Business Development, and Operations to identify new opportunities to upsell customers on different service offerings
Participate in “Insight Selling” workshop with the Business Development Team in preparation for Quarterly Business Reviews.
Maintains accurate and complete customer data in TMS including details, activities, and attachments
Consistently achieves data integrity and meets activity timeliness, quality metrics, and goals
Follows processes and procedures in servicing workflow, maintaining appropriate and clear documentation of customer conversations, taking appropriate action, and following up as requested
Utilizes internal resources for identified processes to ensure efficiency and consistency in execution
Suggests business process improvements to gain efficiency within the role.
Experience working with Word and Excel
Demonstrated history of successfully managing and growing client accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in nurturing long-term relationships with key clients and securing repeat business is essential.
Ability to handle tough selling situations and must be resilient and effective in managing challenging sales scenarios.
Experience with overcoming objections, dealing with difficult buyers, and closing deals in high-pressure environments is crucial.
Proven track record in building and establishing positive relationships with prospects, customers, and colleagues.
Effectively tracks opportunities, contacts, and follow-ups.
Prioritizes tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion
Proven track record assessing and understanding diverse client needs and viewpoints to find mutually beneficial solutions.
Availability to respond to client escalations after traditional work hours and on weekends
Bachelors degree is preferred
Minimum of 2 years' logistics experience or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in account management
