What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with clients to establish clinical program goals and improve pharmacy metrics
- Provide clinical consultation and account management with an emphasis on client satisfaction
- Communicate formulary and clinical program changes, educating clients and stakeholders
- Analyze benefit designs and manage custom formularies for assigned clients
- Mentor clinical coordinators and support sales activities as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D
- Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license
- 3+ years of experience working as a licensed pharmacist
- Experience in a client-facing role within a PBM or Health Plan
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with the ability to travel up to 25%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clinical account management experience
- Medicare experience
- Experience with complex Health Plan clients and benefit structures
