      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Efficiently manage a team of up to 4 Team Leaders, ensuring high performance and quality service delivery
      - Directly handle complex client issues escalated by Team Leads
      - Set KPIs and development plans for Team Leads to enhance performance
      - Oversee customer support operations delivered through email channels, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
      - Develop creative solutions for complex client requests to improve overall service quality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience managing teams in a customer service or support environment
      - Strong communication skills, with knowledge of foreign languages being an advantage
      - Excellent organizational and operational management skills
      - Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting
      - Eagerness for personal development and a results-oriented mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the gaming industry or with gaming-related services
      - Familiarity with business and financial principles
      - Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
      - Experience with quality control and monitoring production KPIs
      - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide effective solutions
