What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process a variable volume of invoices for payment and validate invoices with purchase orders
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers while maintaining compliance with approved quality standards
- Resolve invoice exceptions within the ERP system and maintain accurate records management
- Incorporate AP/Finance principles into daily work activities and assist with additional projects as directed
- Work closely with the Accounts Payable team, receiving support from the Lead and Supervisor

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in Finance, Accounts Payable, or similar functions
- Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office, SAP, or comparable ERP tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow departmental vision in a remote environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with SOX Controls and established AP/Finance policies
- Previous experience supporting remote teams or working in a remote environment
