What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver personalized service to members to resolve past due loan balances and assess their financial ability
- Collect on all past due loans, including secured and unsecured loans, and accurately document collection information
- Consult with members and co-signers regarding delinquency via telephone and written communication
- Maintain working partnerships with various teams within the organization to better serve member needs
- Adhere to compliance with regulatory guidelines while fulfilling responsibilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of experience in collections, loss mitigation, loan servicing, or customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Exceptional negotiation skills and outstanding telephone and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain professional conduct when interacting with members
