- Works independently to provide face to face services to accounts in assigned locations in the areas of customer service, hardware/software computer based needs and training
- Maintains a schedule that will enable the ASR to provide service to client accounts in an efficient manner
- Supports Sales Staff with client account start ups
- Sets up shortlists and special profiles of tests most frequently used by the client
- Conducts sight surveys to familiarize themselves with the overall operations of the office
- Organizes and maintains computer system
- Troubleshoots, follows up and resolves problem situations
- Ensures that problem situations are followed up on in a timely manner
- Corresponds with various departments for problem resolution and to maintain efficient functions of clients accounts
- Processes associated paperwork for client servicing
- Manages all aspects of required paperwork from a new client set up and client retention perspective
- Follows-up continuously with clients regarding their accounts
- Corresponds with clients at least twice a month as well as on an as
- needed basis in order to maintain relationship, follow up, and address concerns

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Account Service Representative (ASR) - Indianapolis, IN
Position Summary:
The Account Service Representative position serves as a liaison between Sunrise Medical Laboratories and the physician clients that we serve by providing customer care, on call support and office staff training. It requires face-to-face communication with the laboratory clients and various departments in the lab. The ASR is assigned specific accounts that must be serviced in their assigned areas. This position is commission eligible.
Principle Responsibilities:
Education: College degree in Business Management and or Marketing preferred. Clean and valid IN drivers license
Experience: Previous client service management in the medical field of 2 years preferred
