What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute Anti-Infective brand strategy and tactics within assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with hospitals, academic institutions, and healthcare providers
- Achieve sales performance and financial targets by monitoring and adjusting strategic business plans
- Build trusted relationships and differentiate the Anti-Infective portfolio's value proposition at all levels within accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance brand performance and optimize strategy execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, infusion, or diagnostic sales
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business-related field, or equivalent
- Proven track record of success in sales with exceptional presentation skills
- In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment with strong business acumen
