What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote products to meet and exceed sales goals in community practices and health systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with various healthcare accounts and departments
- Provide education and clinical/injection training for residents, fellows, and key hospital personnel
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with AbbVie resources to address them effectively
- Utilize AbbVie’s sales and data resources to enhance productivity and implement marketing plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred or relevant industry experience required
- At least five (5) years of technical experience with three (3) or more years in sales preferred
- Ability to learn and communicate complex procedural and anatomical information quickly
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet hospital credentialing/vaccination requirements
- Documented history of strong sales performance in a clinical/technical/consultative sales role preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy products in health systems and private practice
- Ability to lift/pull training models weighing 25-100 lbs.
- Proven success in managing complex sales processes with multiple decision-makers
- Familiarity with HCIR credentialing requirements and processes
