What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, merchandisers, and the employer
- Manage new account onboarding and setup, ensuring effective communication
- Provide current account maintenance, including handling returns, damaged products, and store closures
- Manage relationships with merchandisers and facilitate regular communications
- Act as the primary owner for all issues related to assigned accounts, working with personnel to resolve issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- 1-2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of content management systems, sales order processing systems, and customer relationship management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales support or account management roles
- Familiarity with sales reporting software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
