What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (phone or face-to-face)
- Proficient with basic computer functions, including navigating Windows and internet applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must reside within 15 miles of Baltimore, Maryland, Zip Code 21215
