What is Required (Qualifications):
- General knowledge of using a laptop in a remote setting
- Experience in Customer Service and high volume call centers
- Ability to provide practical solutions to complex problems independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Prior experience responding to inquiries via chat and email

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using VDI software
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to work weekends when required after initial training period
