      Job Summary:

      This position will be supporting senior members of Finance and Sales. Position requires a motivated and energetic individual with excellent attention to detail, who can process a high volume of transactions efficiently and meet the demands of a fast-paced finance department, while maintaining a positive attitude. This position also requires excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as intermediate Excel skills.

      Job Description:


      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Create and manage FSS/Telematics/GPS projects/billing contracts within project management system (Salesforce/Certinia).
      • Responsible for creating customer billings for hardware, installations, monthly SaaS and annual SaaS.
      • Reconcile Accounts Payable invoices and approve payments for our 3rd party vendors of hardware and services, confirming the related billing of our customers for the hardware and services.
      • Create and enter credit memos into accounting and project management systems.
      • Manage relationship and be point of contact with 3rd party vendors of hardware and services.
      • Create and track purchase orders to 3rd party. (includes hardware, installations, monthly services, RMAs (return merchandise authorization), transfers, upgrades, etc…)
      • Work with 3rd party vendors, sales managers, accounts receivable and customers to resolve any customer billing issues.
      • Create monthly reports, journals and reconciliations.
      • Work with Accounts Receivable and Customers to ensure accuracy of invoices as well as resolve any Customer issues.
